Q: What is the promotion availability?
A: Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Groupon promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.
Q: How do I make a booking/redeem my voucher once I have purchased a Groupon voucher for this holiday offer?

Q: How do I make a booking if I have purchased 2 vouchers and want to combine them for a longer stay?
A: You will need to use your first voucher for the first set of dates and then make a new booking with the second voucher for the proceeding dates.
Q: Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
A: No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Your Travel Deal.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
A: Should you cancel your accommodation booking after you have redeemed your Voucher, no refund applies. Resort extras if purchased are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. Bookings cannot be amended.

Q: Is there a security deposit required at the resort upon check-in?
A: Yes, a credit card imprint is required. If you do not have a credit card, a $100 cash deposit is required upon check-in.
Q: What is the bedding configuration in the rooms?
A: A 2 Bedroom Apartment has a bedding configuration of 1 x Queen Bed and 2 x Single Beds. A cot and highchair are available on request for an additional surcharge payable direct to the resort. All requests are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.
Q: How many people can sleep in a room?
A: 2 Bedroom Apartments sleep 4 guests with a maximum of 6 adults and a maximum of 5 children. The extra person charge is $53 per night using existing bedding. If your party includes more than the maximum allowed people per room, you will be required to purchase an additional Your Travel Deal voucher to book an additional room.
Q: Are rooms serviced daily?
A: No, room servicing is not included in this deal.
